Can I purchase a piece that I see from the GALLERY page?
Those are EXCLUSIVE pieces... you can choose the same design but it has to be a differnt color (example: RED TRANSFORMERS piece would have to be a differnt color other than red like, BLACK, WHITE, BLUE etc...)

When do you start my CLAY CANDY piece?
Once we receive payment in FULL, we start the process making your piece.

How long does it take for me to receive my piece once i order it?
Due to the HIGH DEMAND we can no longer say 1 month.... its a longer waiting list now.

How do you get a quote?
Go to the custom orders page You will receive a quote within 24hrs.

What is clay candy made out of?
Clay Candy is made out of CLAY and GLITTER.

What happens if my piece breaks?
There is only a 1 month warranty with each piece. If you break it after the month there will be a $100 charge to make a new piece.

Can I choose the colors?
Yes. If there are certain colors you want.

Can I pay half NOW and the REST when its DONE?
NO. Clay Candy by Jerm Jilla are CUSTOM pieces. In order to start on your piece we must have PAYMENT IN FULL.

Do you have a machine that makes these?
NO. Jerm Jilla creates each piece by HAND.

Can I put my own chain on my piece?
YES. If you would like to just purchase the piece without the chain let us know.

Are the chains REAL?
NO. All the chains are plated jewerly.

Will the chains tarnish?
With all plated jewelry, there is a chance that it will tarnish, but if you take care of it properly, it will last beautifully, for a very long time! Do not ever clean jewelry with abrasives or gold or silver cleaner/polish. All it takes to properly care for any costume jewelry piece is a few gentle wipes with a soft, damp cloth (water only - never cleaning products or chemicals).

What if I get an allergic reaction from the chain?
If that does happen we are not responsible for the allergic reaction. Everyone's body is differnt and recacts different from certain types of medals.

Can get a refund?
NO. All sales are final.
